SHIPPING

1. PACKAGING 

JEWELS PIECES ARE SHIPPED FROM MY STUDIO LOCATED IN BORDEAUX (FRANCE). Each order is carefully prepared and sent IN A CUSTOM-MADE PACKAGE. 

READY TO SHIP PIECES WILL BE SENT WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS. MADE TO ORDER PIECES WILL BE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO THEIR PRODUCTION TIME. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DEADLINES.

2. SECURED AND TRACKED SHIPMENT

EACH ORDER ARE SENT BY TRACKED PARCEL. A TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDE TO THE BUYER WHEN THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. COLLECTION BY HAND IN BORDEAUX (FRANCE) IS POSSIBLE. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING TO SET AN APPOINTMENT.

3. CUSTOMS TAXES

PAULA POLLUX STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES ON ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, NOR IS IT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS caused by the postal services. I’M not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.

RETURNS

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN THE ORDERED ITEM INTACT (THE DATE INDICATED BY THE CARRIER BEING TAKEN AS PROOF).

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, accompanied by the purchase invoice and the original packaging. ANY GOODS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED, STAINED OR BROKEN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
